light cracks indigo

branches strain thin
as light cracks indigo
chasing away the night
with life's promise

joining the mood indigo with the Tweetspeak poets

and linking up at the pub

Encouraging that each day has new promise waiting for us. I sometimes worry about not fully engaging each moment, but I suppose even the simplest of things (like the sunrise) can encourage us if we pay attention :)
